Maranatha Ranch is located in a small, rural community in Hancock County, Tennessee.

It is the farming community of Sneedville, in the mountains of Northeast Tennessee. Sneedville is in the top two rating of the poorest counties in Tennessee, and the top five in the nation. The people are known in history as the Melungeons.

Many skirmishes and battles, not only of the Civil War, but past wars were fought throughout this and surrounding areas.

Maranatha Ranch provides shelter, care, and assistance for people and animals in need. We lean more to the needs of people and horses, more than other animals.

God has blessed our Ranch family more than we ever dreamed possible in strength and love. He keeps us in His care and we strive to do His Will always. By Gods' grace and love, we know by our actions, fruits, that we are to be counted worthy. This is not anything new. There has been many God-fearing men, throughout history, that teach God and His Son, YaShua's (Jesus') Commandments and Laws. Traveling preachers & pastors visited with soldiers during the Civil War. Regiments, many in the Union Army had their own preachers that traveled with the units.

Maranatha Ranch Ministry, through Maranatha Ranch Sutlery's mission is to increase the awareness and understanding of God Word, the Bible, through historical Battle between the States reenactments and Living Histories. The times were very hard on the people of 1860's. The Civil War took it's toll on every family, not just a few. By standing together worshipping and giving God the glory in all things, the families made it through.

The road we travel is not always easy, there are bumps, potholes, yes, even dead-ends, where we must turn around reevaluate ourselves, and ask in prayer where we should go. God directs our every need. We are never alone!

Maranatha Ranch Ministry's mission is to increase the awareness and understanding of Gods' Word, the Bible, through the animals and love. Also, to teach and educate the public how to help animals stay healthy and help the ones in need.
